Snow White and the 7 dwarfs, a classic Disney princess movie has recently been remade into a live action movie. I think the movie was good, but there were a lot of differences from the original cartoon. The first difference I noticed was a plot build.
In the beginning of the new movie it had a lot more detail on how the evil queen got power, what happened to her dad, and even why her hair was so short. Another difference was the love interest in the movie. The true love kiss in the cartoon was a prince, but in the new version she kissed a “bandit of the king.” Snow white got 42% on rotten tomatoes which is not good for such a big remake. Many people have posted on social media, saying they walked out of the movie because it was so bad.
I personally think the movie was fine, I probably would give it 3/5 The acting in the movie was pretty good, but I feel like some of the characters were interesting and almost a joke. The songs were good and everyone had a good voice for the cast, but some of the songs were really long and a little boring.
The quality of the movie was really good and the CGI was good for the dwarfs even though they were creepy looking guys. For the cost of the production which was around 270 million dollars, I think it could have been done better.
