On Monday April 28th, the book fair will be open in the library until it closes on May 2nd. The book fair is a time for students to buy books that were selected by the scholastic team to raise money for our school library.
Mrs. Brown the school librarian states, “There will be books, journals, pens, posters, cookbooks, graphic novels, novels, etc for sale.” Many items will be on sale during the bookfair from books to posters for many student interests.
The book fair is used as a fundraiser for our school library and Mrs. Brown highlights what the money is used for, “There will be books, journals, pens, posters, cookbooks, graphic novels, novels, etc for sale.” After the bookfair students have the chance to tell Mrs. Brown what books they would like to see in the school library as long as it is on the scholastic website.
Mrs Brown states, “I like the opportunity for students to be able to buy books for a reasonable price, I also like that I can use the money to buy books for the library.” The bookfair gives students a chance to buy books that intrigue them and give them an opportunity to read more books and be exposed to books and other items that might interest them.
The book fair is a great time to look for books you want to buy, or a time to ask Mrs Brown for new books you would like to see in the library in the future.
