A lot of new movies are coming out in 2025, but one that really caught my eye was the Dog Man movie. Is it the same as the book? Is it generally good?

The Dog Man book series has been out for a few years, and there are so many different books. But how does the movie compare to the books? I think the movie mostly covers the first four books, and for an hour and 19 minutes, that works pretty well. They did a good job following the storyline but also added some new scenes that aren’t in the books. So, it’s not just a copy of the first four books. The movie has its own storyline while still keeping the main plot from the books. The only part I didn’t like was the voices of the characters. When I read the books, I imagined their voices, but the ones in the movie sounded completely different from what I thought they would sound like. I was really disappointed when I heard Big Jim’s voice because I thought he would sound really sweet, but in the movie, he sounded like an old man going through a mid-life crisis. No offense! Other than the voices, though, I really liked the movie. I hope they don’t make another one unless they keep the same cast and everything, but with a different storyline. I think this is the best movie they can make because they really did a great job with it.

I think the best character is Lil’ Petey, who is Petey the Cat’s clone. My favorite part was when Petey tried to sell Lil’ Petey, but I don’t want to give too much away. Anyone reading this article should really watch the movie. Even if you haven’t read the book, you should still watch the movie because it explains everything really well. It’s one of those movies where you don’t have to read the book to understand it. But, personally, I think you should read the books, too, because then you can compare the books to the movie.

I really liked this movie, and I think I’d give it a 9.5/10.
