Step 1: Get two paper plates and paint or spray point the outside of the plate a silver color.
Step 2: Once the paint is done drying, stack the paper plates on top of each other and cut a crescent moon shape.
Step 3: Star punch a few star shapes from one of the plates. (If the star shapes are too large, attach a piece of glassine with hot glue to keep the candy from falling out)
Step 4: Take the star punch and punch more stars on a separate piece of paper.
Step 5: Attach the stars by using hot glue on the outside of one of the plates.
Step 6: Line up the two plates on the edges with the painted side facing outwards and attach with hot glue.
Step 7: Glue the inside edge closed then fill with candy.
