Something exciting is happening in our town. A brand-new shopping center called the Ferrari Pavilion is being built, and people are already talking about how it will change Lincoln. Construction started in December 2025, and the project is expected to be finished by fall 2026. The Ferrari Pavilion is being built at the corner of Ferrari Ranch Road and Lincoln Boulevard. This spot is perfect because it connects to Highway 65 and Highway 193, which means it will be easy for people from Lincoln and nearby areas to get there. The Pavilion will have big anchor stores, smaller shops, and even drive-thru spots for restaurants.
Developers say they are already talking to different companies about moving in, and announcements about which stores will be opening should come in 2026. Some of the businesses already confirmed include Grocery Outlet, Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, Wendy’s, Circle K, Quick Quack Car Wash, and The Learning Experience, which is a childcare and early education center. On top of that, there will also be a national ice cream shop and a Mexican restaurant, giving families even more options for food and fun. City leaders believe the Pavilion will be good for Lincoln’s economy. It will create jobs while it’s being built and more jobs once the stores open. It will also give residents more options for shopping and dining without having to drive to Roseville or Rocklin.
The Pavilion shows how Lincoln is growing and becoming a stronger community. But the Pavilion isn’t just about shopping. It’s also meant to be a place where people can gather, meet friends, and spend time together. With its modern design and central location, it could become one of Lincoln’s most popular spots. By next fall, Lincoln will have a new destination that blends convenience, fun, and community spirit. The Ferrari Pavilion is more than just a shopping center, it’s a sign of Lincoln’s bright feature. It is estimated to be completed November of 2026.
