Step 1: Grab a bottle and use deco pens to decorate a snowman’s body
Step 2: Take a white balloon and and draw the snowman’s face
Step 3: Grab some white vinegar and pour a little more than a ¼ cup into the bottle
Step 4: Grab a funnel and add three tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda into the balloon
Step 5: Stretch the neck of the balloon over the bottle and make sure none of the contents inside spills out
Step 6: When you’re ready, tip the balloon upright to let the contents fall inside the bottle.
